OptumHealth is seeking work-at-home social workers nationwide. You must have your master’s degree in social work and a current and unrestricted LCSW, CAPSW, APSW, CSW, or ICSW licensure in the state in which you reside.
You also must have a minimum of three years of experience practicing social work, experience with Medicaid, and be proficient in the use of MS Word and Outlook, as well as the Internet.
You will be educating patients and family members regarding benefits and community resources, as well as providing referrals for counseling. Additionally, you will be responsible for triaging referrals, as well as collaborating with other health team members for the benefit of patients.
