WellPoint is seeking work-at-home telephonic maternity nurse coaches nationwide. Both part and full-time opportunities are available. You will be educating and supporting pregnant women through coaching via the phone, thereby helping to ensure healthy outcomes.
Schedules are the following: Part-time: 4 hour shifts available Monday-Friday (20 hrs/wk); hours of work will range between the hours of 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm EST; also rotating every 4th Saturday. Full-time: 8-hour consecutive shifts available Monday-Friday (40 hrs/wk); hours of work will range between 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm EST or 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm EST; also rotating every 4th Saturday.
Requirements (from employment listing):
- Current, unrestricted RN license from applicable state; preferred that candidate reside in a Nurse Licensure Compact state
- Ability to be licensed in multiple states on a timely basis
- 2-3 years clinical obstetrics experience, including high-risk antepartum
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong organizational and motivational skills required
- Private home office dedicated to WellPoint work,with high-speed Internet connection
- Bilingual Spanish English preferred
