EngagementHealth LLC is seeking work at home phone health coaches. This company is based in Chicago, IL, but these positions may be available elsewhere in the U.S. Shifts available are 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m EST.
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
You must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in one of the following fields:
- Nursing
- Health promotion
- Health education
- Psychology
- Athletic training
- Nutrition
Knowledge of the following
- Tobacco cessation
- Diabetes management
- Stress management
- Fitness
- Nutrition counseling
You will have the option to work from home after training. You will be reviewing health risk assessments and screenings, working with participants via phone to set health goals, and using motivational techniques to encourage participants to adopt healthier lifestyle habits.
Additionally, you will be contacting members by phone who need additional support throughout the year. You must work well as part of a team and be a proactive problem solver.
You must be bilingual (English/Spanish), and you must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite Standard and Internet Explorer.
