Alere Hiring Work at Home Phone Health Assistants

Alere is seeking work at home phone health assistants from across the United States to provide phone support for clinical staff by answering and directing inbound calls, receiving participant clinical data, and updating records.

You must be available to work 1:00 p.m.-11:30 pm or 3:00 p.m. -11:30 pm CST.  These are full-time, ongoing positions.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • High school diploma. Associate’s degree preferred. Previous medical experience recommended.
  • 3-4 years’ experience with customer service, telemarketing, and care center desirable.
  • Ability to use multiple computer applications. Proficiency in Windows and Internet use.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and phone etiquette skills.
  • Ability to provide superior customer service and meet customer satisfaction expectations.
