AppleOne is currently seeking work-at-home bilingual quit coaches. You will be supporting participants’ efforts to live a healthier lifestyle via telephone. You must have a degree in social work, human services, or psychology. You must also have typing abilities and experience utilizing Microsoft Office. Customer care skills are vital in this role.
You will help participants set expectations, assess their readiness to change, resolve ambivalent attitudes, identify barriers to change as well as triggers, troubleshoot, create an action plan, provide pharmacotherapy support, and guide them to further support and resources.
