CareLuLu, an online marketplace that helps parents find excellent childcare or preschool, is seeking a home-based phone survey specialist. Although the company is based in Los Angeles, they are open to a work from home arrangement.
You will be conducting interviews/surveys over the phone and entering responses into the company’s computer system. Additionally, you will be answering any questions about the company.
The position needs to be filled ASAP. It is freelance and approximately 20 hours per week to full-time. Compensation is $8.00 to $12.00 per hour, dependent upon qualifications. A performance bonus is available as well.
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- Be extremely comfortable (and even enjoy!) speaking on the phone
- Be energetic, patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful
- Be efficient, a fast learner, able to handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent speaking & listening skills (especially on the phone), strong writing skills
- Have attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong computer skills (Email, Word, Excel.)
- Be able to commit to at least 20 hrs/week (up to full-time)
Fluency in Spanish, a college degree, and prior phone survey experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
