Gateway Ticketing Systems is seeking a work-at-home purchasing coordinator in the Boyertown, PA area.  You will be responsible for speedily and accurately completing purchase orders and routing calls, as well as other tasks required by management.

Requirements (from job listing):

  • Experience with automatic phone answering systems.
  • Knowledge or experience with purchasing processes as well as accounting processes and software.
  • Ability to think critically to implement process improvements.
  • High level experience with MS Excel. This includes intermediate formulas, v-lookups and charts.
  • Knowledge or experience with MS Word.
  • Knowledge or experience with on-line shipping procedures.
  • Knowledge or experience with procuring technical information as it relates to purchasing or getting information regarding new hardware/software.
  • Knowledge or experience with PC-based applications such as Outlook, MSOffice, ACT!, Help Desk applications.
  • Knowledge or experience with MAS Accounting application.
