American Public University is seeking home-based admissions representatives. You must have high-speed Internet and a quiet home office. Hours are 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Requirements (from employment listing):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required or ten or more years in a customer service environment, preferably in sales or education.
- Experience with online and/or higher education preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a high energy team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under time sensitive deadlines.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to work successfully with limited supervision.
Depending on need, you may be assigned to one of the following teams: inbound phone, outbound phone, undergraduate applicant, graduate applicant, selective/international applicant, readmission or retention.
