Humana is seeking work at home survey specialists in Nebraska. You will be collecting information and gathering resources and data by making outbound phone calls to members and providers to verify clinical information.
Additionally, you will be documenting calls and information received, as well as creating and sending out written correspondence.
Qualifications (from work-at-home employment listing)
- High School Diploma
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Working knowledge of computers, or a demonstrated technical aptitude and an ability to quickly learn new systems
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with medical terminology and/or ICD-9 codes.
