Manpower Group is hiring work-at-home phone sales agents to work remotely for one of its large national clients! Previous phone sales experience is preferred, but not required. You must have excellent verbal and listening communication abilities and good English skills, and you must be goal-oriented and motivated to succeed. Some technical knowledge is important.
You will be communicating to customers the benefits of the company’s products, services, features, rate plans, and special offers, while maintaining your knowledge of the company’s products and current market trends. You must be flexible to work different schedules.
Qualifications (from telecommute employment listing):
- 2+ years of experience in sales team environment
- High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience
- Call Center experience
- Demonstrable consultative sales experience with strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Must have strong organizational abilities and good time management skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Must have the ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Must be able to work well in a fast paced environment
