Med1Care is seeking a work-at-home on-call coordinator for their Northwest Ohio territory. You will be handling after-hours phone calls and operations for clients, nurses, and office staff. This position requires that you work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Other Requirements (from job listing):
- Three years of customer service experience, preferably in the staffing or clinical industry.
- Previous on-call experience a plus.
- Applicants should have experience in scheduling and conflict resolution.
