Sitel is hiring seasonal work at home phone interviewers in the U.S. The company’s work @ home team is responsible for interviewing candidates for home-based customer service positions. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent.
Hours may vary each week, depending upon the company’s needs, therefore you must be flexible with regard to hours. Some weekend and night hours may be necessary.

- Call center experience (customer service experience)
- Available weekends and nights
- Interview experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Computer savvy
- Personality – very professional; not overly friendly (need someone who is tough)

- Listen and evaluate the competency of the candidate
- Previous experience involving verbal interaction with the public
- Proficient in computer basics
