Sitel is hiring seasonal home-based phone agents in the U.S. to conduct phone interviews for Sitel’s clients, some of the largest and most recognized brands in the world. Hours will vary each week, dependent upon the needs of the company. You must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- Multitasker
- Call center experience
- Available weekends and nights
- Interview experience
- Experience with an applicant tracking system is a plus, but not a requirement
- Computer savvy
- Personality – very professional, not overly friendly, someone who is tough
- Very clear speech; well spoken
- Excellent grammar and communication abilities
- Excellent listening skills
- Previous experience verbally interacting with the public
- Knowledgeable with regard to computer basics
- Customer service experience
- Prior interview experience of some kind
Additionally, you must have a PC with DSL or cable Internet and a quiet home office from which to work.
