Telecommute: On-Call Staffing Coordinator with Supplemental

Supplemental Healthcare is seeking a work-at-home on-call staffing coordinator to manage the scheduling of healthcare professionals during non-business hours.  You must be an independent self-starter and have excellent communication abilities.  This is a part-time, home-based position, but offers a full benefits package and bonus potential.

Requirements (from employment listing):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling, and rules of composition
  • Training and experience: familiarity with agency staffing and recruiting preferred, but not required
  • Must have a strong customer service attribute
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the Internet
  • Must have strong administrative skills
  • Must show attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner
  • Ability to act as an advocate for nurse, therapist, client and Supplemental Health Care
