UnitedHealth Group is seeking a work-at-home EAP counselor in San Diego. This job has a Monday through Friday daytime schedule, with no weekends. You will be answering inbound calls, assessing issues, updating and entering clinical notes, providing short-term resolution, authorization, and referrals, as well as determining member eligibility and providing solution-focused consultation.
Requirements (from job listing):
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Marriage and Family Counseling
- A minimum of 3 years of EAP experience or 5 years of behavioral health/social work experience (post-Master’s)
- Demonstrated ability to use a PC and navigate multiple screens in a Windows environment
