BlueBeard Interactive is seeking experienced work-at-home professional appointment setters to cold call prospects to schedule appointments on behalf of the company’s clients. They are specifically seeking 2-5 account managers. This is not a sales job. You will be setting appointments and generating leads.
The company pays per call. The expectation is that you will earn $20.00 per hour. Training is provided. You set your own hours and get paid weekly. Direct deposit is offered through PayPal. Management and growth opportunities are available with the company.
Requirements (from job listing):
- 4 year college degree
- Experience in outbound, business-to-business lead generation
- 2-5 years working in business-to-business sales (company will train the right entry-level candidates).
- Comfort and skill on the phone to navigate through all levels of an organization and deal with rejection.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, honest, hardworking, ambitious, and results-oriented personality who appreciates a people-focused, integrity-based, unique environment.
- Familiarity or knowledge of a predictive dialer or outbound calling software.
- Be available to be on the phone 4, 6 or 8 hours per day from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST/CST/MST/PST for five days per week for a total of 20 to 40 hours.
- Have a home office complete with phone, computer equipped with MS Word, MS Excel, printer, and high-speed internet access.
