Enservio is seeking work-at-home HomeScribes to facilitate their onsite claims process. You will be serving as a process teacher for Enservio’s field inventory specialists.
You must be a fast typist (50 WPM or better), and you must have experience using MS Office products. You also must enjoy working with others and be familiar with a variety of consumer products.
Additionally, you must have product knowledge in a specific category or categories (sports enthusiasts, shoppers, motor heads, gadget junkies, gamers, etc. are welcome to apply). You must also have customer support experience, computer proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Most importantly, you must be willing to work on the phone for long stretches of time, as you assist the company’s field team.
