Bayada is seeking a work-at-home on-call manager in the Hackensack, NJ area. You will be responsible for coordinating home health care services after hours for the company’s clients. You must be able to attend in-office training prior to beginning work from home.
You must have prior staff scheduling experience, as well as strong customer care and computer skills. You must be a multi-tasker, able to work well under pressure. You will need to be available to receive calls from 5:00 pm to 8:30 am the next morning, Monday through Friday, as well as 24 hrs a day on Saturday and Sunday and holidays.
