White Glove Placement is seeking a work-at-home, on-call phone coordinator to handle after-hours (nights and weekends) calls for a Brooklyn based home care and nurse staffing agency. This position will cover every weekend (night and day shift available). Additionally, you may be asked to work one weeknight a week, from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. EST.
Pay is competitive, and a benefits package is included. You must have excellent communication skills, a professional phone demeanor, and have experience using the computer. Finally, you must be able to handle heavy phone volume and have a quiet home office.
