1NW Contact is hiring work-at-home phone customer support to qualify opt-in prospects for the college of their choice. There is no out-of-pocket training cost or expensive equipment to buy. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent and be able to type 25 to 30 WPM. Compensation is $10 per hour.
You’ll be provided access to online technology that will connect you to one of the company’s many campaigns. You will be using your own home office, computer, and Internet connection.
You must have an outgoing and energetic personality, and you must be self-disciplined and organized. Campaigns may vary in length. Most are long-term. Pay is weekly.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications (from employment listing):
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and learn new concepts.
- Must be able to overcome rejections and not take them personally.
- Familiarity with dialer and steady call flow.
- Previous call center experience is preferred (professional resume required to apply)
- Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week (availability varies per campaign)
- Computer aptitude – toggling between multiple screens, add / delete programs and install downloads as needed.
- Comfortable trouble shooting connectivity issues when necessary.
- Successfully pass our on-boarding and interview process
