BAYADA Home Health is seeking a work at home on-call manager in Rhode Island to coordinate home health services during non-business hours. You will be working one week a month, for seven days total per month.
You will be responsible for fielding calls between the hours of 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. in the morning, Monday through Friday, and 24 hours a day Saturday through Sunday during your week on duty.
The perfect person for this role will have prior staff scheduling experience and be calm and understanding. You will be retrieving messages from the answering service, solving problems, dealing with issues as they arise, promptly returning calls, covering call-outs, and coordinating with the on-call nurse.
You will be trained in the office, but will work from home. You will be provided with a cell phone and fax machine.
- Staff scheduling experience (within home care preferred)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Strong computer skills a must
