Alexander Mann Solutions is seeking work at home recruiters across the U.S. As a contract recruiter for the company, you will work virtually from your own home office, as you are assigned projects to source and identify candidates for clients.

You will be provided a strong support team, which will be available to assist you with any questions or issues.

Qualifications (from work-at-home job listing):

  • 3-5 years of Recruitment experience with a focus in sourcing
  • You must have on-site or agency recruitment experience and a track record of coming up with solutions for achieving demanding targets
  • Deep knowledge of at least one market sector is essential
  • You should have a proven talent for communication and relationship building
  • Strong sense of urgency and responsive client-facing skills with proven expertise in various candidate sourcing methodologies (headhunting, social networking, job boards)
  • Excellent communication skills, with a good phone manner and ability to build credible relations over the phone
  • Previous experience of working within a multinational recruitment or professional services environment would be an advantage
  • Due to the complexity of the position superior verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Must have a designated home office set up
  • Must be self-motivated and flexible
  • Must possess an extreme sense of urgency
  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment

These are independent contractor positions. Compensation is hourly.
