Amazon’s Virtual Contact Center is seeking a work-at-home recruiting coordinator to join its team. You must be organized and work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, and have excellent communication abilities, as well as a sense of humor.
Requirements (from job listing):
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or another closely related field.
* 2+ years of experience with high volume, fast paced production staffing, to include recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
* Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills
* Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, chat, and Internet.
* Experience with web-based applicant tracking systems (i.e. Taleo, iCims) and HRIS systems (i.e. PeopleSoft)
* Experience with pre-hire assessment testing
* Knowledge of OFCCP, EEO, and Affirmative Action data tracking requirements
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Demonstrated experience with process mapping and improvement
* Demonstrated ability to function independently and exercise sound judgment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience hiring candidates in a virtual/work from home environment
* HR Generalist / employee relations experience
* Project management experience
