Requirements:
- Previous recruitment and/or HR experience is essential
- You must have exceptional verbal & written communication skills, a confident yet diplomatic manner and the ability to gain credibility and liaise effectively with individuals at all levels.
- You must have a conscientious & methodical approach to work coupled with flexibility and the ability to think on your feet & respond to last minute changes calmly.
- A suitable candidate will have a good academic record, with a degree qualification
- You must have the competitive edge and tenacity necessary to succeed in this highly driven industry.
- You will have an engaging personality
- Be comfortable within a target driven industry.
- Set up and able to work from home.
Your responsibilities in this home-based role will include producing target lists and researching companies through phone and desk research, contacting and interviewing candidates by phone or Skype, fact-checking data when necessary, and more.
