Amazon is hiring work-at-home recruiting coordinators in the following states: Delaware, Kansas, Kentucky, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Washington State, and W. Virginia. You must have a bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or another closely related area.
You must also have two or more years of experience in high volume/fast production staffing, excellent customer care skills, and experience utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Internet experience is also a must.
Additionally, you must be detail-oriented, organized, and have experience with pre-hire assessment testing and knowledge of OFCCP, EEO, and Affirmative Action data tracking requirements.
Finally, you must have superior communication abilities, experience with process mapping and improvement, and excellent judgment.
