World Kitchen LLC is seeking work at home recruiters for remote flex time (5 to 40 hours per week) positions as independent contractors. You will work virtually from your own home office, and the company will provide market data and job postings.
You will be responsible for “managing sourcing requisitions, reporting hours worked, sourcing, cold calling, etc.,” according to the listing.
Some training is offered. However, the company prefers experienced recruiters who are motivated and able to work independently.
Required (from work-at-home job listing):
- Bachelor’s degree required, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter
- Ability to strategically utilize job boards, networks, cold-calling, and research methods to source passive candidates
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and planning skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently at home; must be tolerant of change and ambiguity
- Must absolutely be aware and agree to a flexible schedule – from 5 hours to 30 hours in any given week
- Taleo and general ATS knowledge preferred
- Experience with intern programs a plus
