Allegis Transcription is hiring work at home general transcriptionists for independent contractor positions in the U.S. All work can be done from your own home office.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • Transcribe in adherence to Allegis formatting standards.
  • Ensure all transcripts meet or surpass 98% accuracy.
  • Provide responsive and pro-active communication with office team.
  • Submit completed jobs selected before or by the file due date/time.
  • Work in accordance to established weekly production target amounts.
  • Available to work with office team during business hours for onboarding/training/QC process.
  • All work must be conducted by transcriptionists based within the United States.
  • Experience with strict verbatim transcription and/or insurance or legal transcription
  • Ability to produce an average of 100+ transcript pages within 8-10 hours

You will be provided all training necessary to learn the company’s guidelines and systems. You will be able to select the files you want to work on from the company’s online portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You work whenever is convenient for you.
