Cadence Translate is seeking work at home general transcriptionists capable of translating 2 to 4 one-hour conversations per day. The company is specifically seeking home-based transcriptionists for the following languages: English, German, Mandarin, and Japanese.
These work at home transcription jobs are contract positions.

“Cadence will provide all necessary training. All you need is a computer, headset, and broadband Internet. Transcription experience is strongly preferred.”
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- Ability to transcribe verbatim with 98% or higher accuracy
- Superior researching ability. Our clients provide us with audio on topics ranging from veterinary medicine to computer components to auto industry CRMs. Therefore, efficient, expedient, and proactive online research skills will be essential in providing the clients with the accuracy they demand in transcribing industry-specific acronyms and terminology
- Transcribing speed in excess of 100 WPM
- Willingness to test new machine transcription platforms and tools
All work is done online. Work at home transcriptionists will be hired for a one-month probationary period, after which, employment will be reassessed based upon performance.
Working hours are dependent upon your location.
The majority of the work will be either market research discussions or focus groups.
