These are independent contractor positions, and scheduling is flexible.

“For corporate and financial, we pay by the audio minute, ranging from .40/audio min to 1.25/audio min. For general legal, we pay by the page, ranging from .65/page to 1.75/page. Rates of pay depend on the job, turnaround time, and the quality of your work. You are paid by the job.”
The company is very busy during earnings call season, and a lot of work is available at those times (4 x per year). It appears, from the home-based job listing, they may be willing to give a newbie a shot.
