Manpower is seeking a general transcriptionist in Minnesota (possibly elsewhere) to transcribe astronauts living in a simulated environment for future missions. This position has the possibility to work from home for the right person.
Compensation is $17 to $19 per hour (paid by hour, not minutes transcribed). Hours are approximately 20 per week. Previous transcription experience is highly desirable.
Required (from work-at-home job listing):
- Must be able to type 60 wpm+
- Must be able to transcribe while listening to conversational style audio
- Previous data entry experience
- Self-starter
- Assertive
- Flexible with schedule
- Intuitive
- Able to follow directions
You must be able to work independently, with little to no daily direction. The environment is very laid back.
