Elevate is seeking work at home full-time word processors. These positions appear to be available nationwide. They are specifically seeking people for a full-time overnight shift and part-time day shift. You must be skilled in MS Office and enjoy learning new software/technologies.
As a document processing specialist, you will be supporting the company’s clients by providing a full range of document services, such as: creating, formatting, converting, and editing legal documents; producing charts, graphs, tables; and more.
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- 1+ years experience in legal document processing using MS Word and Excel for in-house counsel or a law firm
- 3+ years total work experience
Preferred Abilities (from job listing – but the company is willing to train):
- Clear understanding of the legal industry; including terminology, documents and processes
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams and independently, with limited direction on complex tasks
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple, simultaneous deadlines
- Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
- Strong problem solving capability and resiliency
- Detail orientated with excellent proofreading and quality control skills
- Typing speed of 60+ wpm
- Understand and work competently in a virtual environment
Compensation is $14 to $18 per hour, depending upon experience, skill level, and shift. These positions do require working a weekend a month and holiday rotation.
