“Serve current customers by providing product information and resolution assistance; assist in outsourced billing activities. Follow-up with prospects to schedule training or product demo; provide online demo and training, and close sales.”
Qualifications (from work-at-home employment listing):
- Either 1-2+ years customer sales and support experience using phone, email, and online meeting software or legal billing experience or both
- Own a reliable laptop computer with MS Office and reliable high speed internet access
- Proficient in QuickBooks, LEDES billing, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work from home with a quiet and professional environment
- Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about computers and the internet
- Customer focused and flexible to meet customers’ deadlines
- Responsible and motivated to work independently
- Proficient writing skills
An accounting or bookkeeping background is a definite plus in this home-based position, as is online sales or phone sales experience.
