Cigna is hiring work at home quality review specialists in the United States! In this full-time work at home healthcare position, you will be managing a team of 15 to 20 quality reviewers also working from home.

The schedule for this home-based position: regular daytime hours.

Additional job duties (from the company):

” Manages inventory and feedback processes associated with quality. Partners with internal business owners to finalize audits and/or support new hires. Supports developing process improvement plans to improve the customer experience. Maintains feedback databases and tools. Manages projects that support the improvement of the customer experience.”

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent certification required
  • 3 years of direct management experience preferred
  • Experience with quality and process control required
  • 2 years’ experience in healthcare/insurance operations
  • Highly developed decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Solid background in performance management and employee coaching and motivation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments, projects and deliverables simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours
  • Ability to manage in a virtual environment
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  •  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs and charts.
  • Must be able to utilize a ten-key calculator and must be computer literate and be able to generate reports and graphs using EXCEL and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail
  • Supervisor must have good verbal and written communication skills to present findings from data analysis
  • Supervisor must have computer skills and should have familiarity with issue tracking software programs
  • Working knowledge of continuous improvement processes required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with associate outcomes
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and adaptability skills

These work at home positions do require occasional travel.
