Aetna is seeking work-at-home project team leaders in the following areas: Blue Bell, PA; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Rancho Cucamonga, CA; Hartford, CT; Chicago, IL; Fairfield, NJ; Mt. Laurel, NJ; New York, NY. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $78,000 per year and includes the potential for bonuses. Some occasional travel will be required.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is desired. The company is specifically seeking someone with HEDIS experience who has significant expertise in analyzing data. Exceptional leadership, managerial, and organizational skills are also required.
The perfect applicant will have a mix of clinical and analytical abilities, experience working with programmers, and EXCEL, MS Access Database, and analytic skill. You must have prior experience working on a HEDIS project focused on clinical outcomes performance measurement. A nursing degree or clinical background is strongly desired.
