Work at Home: Workforce Planning Specialist Job with MetLife

MetLife is currently seeking a work-at-home workforce planning specialist in the Boston, MA area. This is a full-time position.  You will be participating in the development of the company’s IT portfolio and project/program management practices, governance standards, and processes and metrics, as well as defining portfolio investments and projects.

You will also be advising and guiding IT leadership on enterprise and LOB portfolio and/or projects across the organization.

Requirements (from job listing):

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 5 years in portfolio analysis or managing projects.
  • Minimum 3 years management, supervisory, or team lead experience PMP certified.
