Granbury Restaurant Solutions is seeking a documentation and help guru. This position can be home-based and appears to be available outside of the company’s home base of Texas.
In this position, you will be creating documentation, in-line help and tutorials, webinars, training videos, and knowledge base content for a variety of products.
Requirements (from home-based job listing):
- BA / BS degree
- 2+ years of experience in a technical communications role, with demonstrated experience in content development.
- Outstanding writing skills, with demonstrated experience making technical content easy to understand.
- Experience with common help content tools, video editing, webinar development, web-based knowledge tools.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multi-task, work in a self-directed environment.
- Strong technology skills including the ability to easily learn new software products independently.
- Prior restaurant or retail experience, especially with point-of-sale, a plus!
