RiseSmart is seeking home-based resume writers to join its team of professionals. In this position, you will be providing resume critiques, editing and rewriting resumes, creating resumes yourself using client-provided information, and interacting with clients via phone and email.
Knowledge and Skills Required (from work-at-home job listing):
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- An understanding of various industries and job functions including entry level, technical, professional, and executive roles
- Knowledge of various resume formats and the ability to determine the best formats for each individual
- Relevant experience as a professional resume writer
- Certification from one of the major career organizations (NRWA, CDI, CPRW, CRS etc.) preferred, but not required.
This position is available anywhere with an Internet connection. Compensation will start out as hourly and then convert to a fixed price per resume in the future (by agreement between the company and yourself).
Scheduling is flexible. You let the company know how many hours you are available per week.
