Trans-Asia is seeking work at home English editors based in the United States to edit documents that have been translated from the original Japanese by professional translators. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $90,000 per year.
Experience with Japan or the Japanese culture is not required. The following is required (from work-at-home employment listing):
- Substantial and demonstrable experience working as a professional editor, writer, and/or translator, ideally with a specialization in investors relations, corporate communications, or finance material;
- A strong educational background;
- An unwavering commitment to meeting deadlines;
- Outstanding computer and research skills;
Salary is negotiable, based on your level of experience. The company is flexible with regard to both work hours and work volume. A simple and reliable Internet-based platform is used to send and receive jobs.
