Zynga is seeking work-at-home “super moderators” across the U.S. Specifically, they are seeking people in the following areas: San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle, Portland, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Austin, Dallas, Baltimore, and New York.
You must have prior online forum and game forum moderation experience, as well as community participation experience. You must be a team player and a multitasker. Additionally, you must have excellent communication and customer care abilities and be capable of dealing with a variety of personalities.
Finally, you must be social media savvy. Knowledge of VBulletin is a definite plus.
This is a 40 hour per week position.
