Ascend One Hiring Work at Home Customer Care Coaches

Ascend One is currently seeking home-based customer care coaches.  Salary is in the $30,000 to $35,000 a year range.  You must be able to train onsite for 4 to 6 weeks at the company’s Columbia, Maryland headquarters.

You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent, and you must have a private home office, PC, high-speed Internet, and phone line (not VOIP -no long distance required).  Some college or a college degree is preferred.

Other Requirements (from job listing):

  • Minimum of 2 years related customer service work experience required, preferably in a call center
  • •Proven successful experience with customer account management and relationship building
  • •Prior experience in working with multiple products and/or services, preferably in a financial environment preferred
