Concentrix Hiring Work at Home Customer Service Across U.S.

Concentrix is seeking work at home customer service agents from across the U.S. to assist customers via phone, email, or Web.  You will be providing valuable information to customers, while troubleshooting issues as necessary.

It’s unclear if these are part or full-time positions.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • 1-2 years customer service experience, with call center experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include varying shifts, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Competency using Apple products
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Must have the ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Able to easily build rapport with customers
  • Desire to excel in a fast-paced work environment
  • Computer literate & proficiency, along with Web navigation skills
  • Exceptional communication & verbal skills
  • Strong soft skills

Additionally, you must be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM and have excellent time management skills.
