GC Services is hiring home-based phone customer service agents in the following U.S. states: DE, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, ND, NE, NM, NV, MT, OK, PA, SD, and UT.
You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent to qualify for these work at home positions.

Education:
High School Diploma or GED is required
Experience:
Six months of customer service experience is preferred.
Computer Experience:
Must be able to type quickly and accurately, use a mouse effectively, and have a basic understanding of Apple/Mac operating systems.
Skills & Abilities:

All home-based phone customer service agents must have a quiet work space that is free from distractions and noise.
You will be required to have a separate digital/an alog phone line that has no call waiting or other added features.
Finally, all home-based phone customer service agents must have high-speed Internet with speeds of 10 mbps on download and 5 mbps on upload.
