Grow & Behold, a kosher meat delivery service, is seeking one full-time and two part-time home-based customer service reps in the U.S. Compensation for these work at home positions is $14.00 an hour.
The hours for these home-based customer service positions are:
Full-time:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30 am-4:30 pm ET,
- Fridays 8:30 am-5 pm (4 pm in winter months)
- Every other Sunday 7:00 pm-9:00 pm ET
Part-time:
Position #1
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 am-1:00 pm ET
- Rotating Sunday 7:00 pm-9:00 pm ET
- Available during busy seasons for extra shifts
Position #2
- Monday – Thursday: 12:30 pm-5:00 pm ET
- Friday 12 pm-5 pm ET (Spring/Summer), 12 pm-4 pm (Fall/Winter)
- Rotating Sunday 7:00 pm-9:00 pm ET
- Available during busy seasons for extra shifts

- Tech savvy
- Experience using ZenDesk, ShipStation and BigCommerce is desired, but not required
- Familiarity and experience in the kosher food world is desired and is a big plus
