Home-Based Customer Support Job with Fundriver

Fundriver, a fundraising platform company, is seeking home-based customer support in the U.S.  This is a full-time telecommute position.  The small, growing company is particularly seeking candidates who perform well in a virtual environment.

You will be supporting new implementations by clients, as well as providing general support for clients in Western time zones.  You must have a bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in endowment accounting.

Requirements (from job listing):

  • Basic understanding of FASB and GASB reporting requirements
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Basic Excel and database knowledge
  • Experience working independently with little direction
  • Dedication to excellence in customer service
  • Experience meeting online, interacting over the phone, and using instant messaging
  • Ability to work from home
