Start dates available for these home-based customer support positions are May 3rd or 17th.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- High School degree or GED is required
- Technologically savvy candidate with typing skills above 25 wpm
- Minimum one year of customer service or travel industry experience
- Customer Service oriented, genuine desire to help guest
- Excellent listening skills and ability to develop rapport on the phone
- Ability to diagnose basic computer and connectivity issues
- Proficiency at navigating multiple screens/programs/platforms while talking and typing
Work at Home Requirements:
- Stable high speed Internet connection at home, must be able to pass a speed test
- Must have a quiet home office with a door, zero background noise
- Must have own computer and USB headset
Compensation for these home-based customer support positions is $14.00 an hour. The company provides its work at home agents health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as holiday, sick and vacation pay.
Applicants must be able to work shifts between the hours of 6 am-12 am, Monday thru Sunday.
