Starry is hiring home-based customer support in the following U.S. states: Texas, Florida, and South Carolina. These are full-time work at home positions.

In this home-based role, you’ll be responding to customers’ emails, phone calls, and live chats.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • 1+ years of help desk or troubleshooting customer service experience working with hardware, complex technical services, or for a SaaS company or an IT environment
  • Ability to work from home in a quiet, dedicated space
