Duties (from listing):
- Maintain campaign information and metrics on the yearly patient communications roadmap, detailing the successes and opportunity areas of patient communications campaigns
- Own the process of preparing and/or coordinating the pull of patient recipient lists with the Privia data team
- Oversee the editorial process for key patient communication email and text campaigns (Annual Wellness Visits, Medicare Advantage age-in/open enrollment, Quality, ancillaries virtual health, mobile app, etc)
- Assist the Patient Experience team in the creation and distribution of standard patient communication processes and protocols to be utilized by Performance team and other key stakeholders
- Own process to maintain standing transactional (welcome, office operations, and urgent communications) emails as needed
- Prepare lists and coordinate large patient mailing projects with vendors (annual beneficiary notifications, open enrollment letters, etc)
- Own process to ensure all campaigns are in line with Privia’s Legal & Compliance standards and aligned with current HIPAA guidelines
- Assist with other patient marketing/communications and patient related duties as needed
