Talk2Rep has 30 openings for work at home chat customer service agents in the U.S. You will be responding to inbound chat questions and assisting customers with regard to features or wireless phones available, while providing superior customer service.
You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent to apply for this position.
Requirements (from work-at-home employment listing):
- Ability to type at least 50WPM with 0 errors.
- Ability to multi-task (handling 3 chats concurrently).
- Ability to resource product information via tools that are provided to you.
- Ability to independently research information via the Internet.
- Outstanding spelling, grammar, and communication abilities
Sales, chat, and wireless knowledge experience are all a huge plus.
Finally, you must have a home computer hardwired to the Internet, a minimum upload speed of 1.0 mbp/s, and a Windows operating system (No Macs)
