Talk2Rep is seeking  work at home sales chat agents in the United States. In this role, you will be assisting customers of a top telecommunications company by answering questions and providing guidance with regard to wireless phones and features.

You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent.

Qualifications (from work-at-home job listing):

  • Ability to type at least 50 WPM with 0 errors.
  • Ability to multitask (handling 3 chats concurrently).
  • Ability to resource product information via tools that are provided to you.
  • Ability to independently research information via the Internet.
  • Sales experience a plus!
  • Chat experience a plus!
  • Wireless knowledge a plus!
  • Outstanding spelling, grammar, and communication skills a must!

Additionally, you must have hardwired Internet, an upload speed of 1.0 mbp/s, and a Windows operating system.
