Williams-Sonoma is seeking home-based customer support professionals in Oklahoma! The company is hiring for afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.

These home-based positions are part-time. You will be assisting customers via phone, email, and live chat.

“Williams-Sonoma’s premier customer care center is looking for warm, friendly, upbeat sales/service oriented people for our part-time customer service associate positions.  Ideal candidates will have a strong ability to successfully resolve customer concerns independently using our tools, resources, and procedures.”

Requirements (from work-at-home listing):

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of previous sales and/or customer service experience is preferred
  • Independent decision making and problem solving skills
  • Working knowledge of computer with good data entry skills
  • Attendance of in-center training (up to six weeks availability required)

Compensation for these home-based customer support positions is $10.75 per hour
